With the transformation and upgrading of Chinese traditional industries, the intellectualization of products and the informatization of industry become more and more important. Based on the theory of industrial innovation system, this paper constructs the innovation system model of Chinese smart phone industry, combined with the development process of Chinese smart phones. The results show that, because of the complexity of technology and the uncertainty of market, enterprises should choose appropriate technology development path on the basis of technology identification, and cooperate with various innovation subjects to upgrade the whole ecosystem of "hardware, software and Internet services" in the process of combination of industrialization and informatization.
