Abstract:The study of knowledge learning behavior of e-commerce platform enterprises is an exploratory research topic, and the study of key influencing factors is one of the basic issues, which attracts more and more attention from scholars in various fields. In this study, interpretative structural model is used to carry out an empirical study on key influencing factors. 27 sub categories such as border crossing, structural embeddedness, exploration learning, knowledge search have been studied, and the factor interpretation is explained by the empirical evidence of Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. The research enriches the theory of knowledge learning theory, and has enlightenment value for the practice of enterprise knowledge learning.
