From the aspect of strategy proposed to adhere to the development as the first national "13th Five-Year" plan, continue to optimize the economic structure, change the mode of economic development, enhance the ability of independent innovation. Under the new economic situation, the regional economy needs to be accelerated rapidly to realize the innovation driven development transformation, promote the industrial transformation and upgrading, accelerate the development of new industries and modern service industries, and form an open economic system. Taking Wuxi as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial economy development in Wuxi, and puts forward some strategies to promote the innovation and development of Wuxi regional economy through the successful experience of Israel's innovation driven development.
