With its strong penetration and comprehensiveness, the leisure industry constantly blurs the industrial boundaries. Based on the provincial panel data of 2010-2015 years in China, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and leisure economic development. According to the empirical results, in the whole sample, the development of leisure industry in China comes from the positive promotion of the three industries, and the third industry has the strongest ability to promote; The result in the eastern region is similar to the full sample result, but the economic growth is not the important factor; In the central region, the tertiary industry, local finance and cultural resources have stronger positive effects; The adjustment of industrial structure in western region fails to affect regional leisure industry.
