Based on the theory of stakeholders,dimensions to the evaluation of corporate social responsibility is defined,and established the ShanXi private enterprise social responsibility evaluation system .By used Federation of industry and commerce distribute questionnaires to members of corporate located in 11 cities.Through principal component analysis and system cluster method research ShanXi private enterprise fulfillment of social responsibility .The results of the study show that the situation of ShanXi private enterprise social responsibility is flunk; the government have the greatest influence to ShanXi private enterprise social responsibility, environmental responsibility influence is minimal;In addition to partner responsibility outside, Other responsibilities gap is bigger.
