The recovery of the world economy and the steady rise of the Chinese economy have brought new hope to the port industry. After a wave of fluctuations brought by the economic downturn, the mode of development of Chinese ports has changed. The hotspots of port industry continue to emerge and the extensive expansion mode of port industry has been changed, the direction of construction is mainly innovation in 2017. The paper analyzes the status of China port industry, three hotspots of port industry and the trend of port development. It concludes that the port industry even the social economy will be affected by the trend of the three port hotspots development.
