Based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, this paper uses meta-analysis to review of the present situation domestic research faces on High-tech Services industry, and analyzes the cited literature on High-tech Services. By summarizing the pros and cons of domestic high-tech service industry research，the paper provides reference for future research as well as for practice.
