To develop rural specialized cooperative economic organizations in the Karst region of China has a important role on achieving Intensive development of ecological industry and enhancing the income of the farmers. Because of the influence of soil erosion ,desertification and the contradiction between people and land, the development of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations in Karst is facing many problems. At present, rural specialized cooperative economic organizations of Karst region in china has facing the problems like low potential land productivity, land transfer difficulties, financing difficulties and low anti-risk capability. In order to solve those problems it need to improve the land’s productivity, innovate land transfer mechanism, built new financing mode and improve the ability to resist risks.
