The statistics of Zhuzhou from 1993 to 2016, using deviation index and response intensity index, analysis of Zhuzhou city and to reduce the urban and four cities and counties in four of urbanization response to industrial structure.Using money, fixed pattern analysis of urbanization level and the coordination degree of the evolution of industrial structure with the aid of SPSS and multivariate regression model analysis the correlation between urbanization and three industrial structure change, the results show that the Zhuzhou city urbanization development and industrial structure evolution presents obvious stage characteristics, three times industry development level between urbanization level and strong correlation, but both are not completely consistent, second and third industry leading role on urbanization level is insufficient, and there is a large gap between urban and rural industrialization and urbanization.
