Nowadays, the competition of military industry is more and more intense. The military technology enterprises have to find ways to reduce development cost, improve the efficiency and the quality of development. The integrated product development (IPD), which was firstly successfully practiced by IBM, is helpful for the enterprises to finish development of the products quickly、low-costly and accurately. Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the military technology enterprises, this paper focused on the best IPD practice of military technology enterprises, the establishment of the research and development system. The purpose、contents and practice process have been proposed for the establishment of the IPD research and development system.
