This paper selects 2005-2014 statistics of Service Industry in Shaanxi Province, studying the relationship between optimized structure of service and economic growth by using of Granger causality test and factor analysis,finding that economic growth is the Granger cause of the development of service,and get some major factors affecting services’ development, then concludes the countermeasures that optimize the services’ structure and improve economic growth through the regression model.
