In this paper，we research on how to build a scientific and reasonable assessment index system about service demands of incubate companies ，to make incubator managers realize enterprise needs and improve the effectiveness of the service management system. We use Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine each evaluation index weight vector about service demands of incubated enterprise and then sort these index weight vectors. The results shows what incubated enterprises need most is service facilities and funds， especially the demand for money.
