Abstract:On the issues of vehicle scheduling and VRP of the refrigerated drug in the city, from the new perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction, proposing the target is to reduce the cost of drug distribution, using the nonlinear VRPTW of the refrigerated drug model, with the constraint of customer service time windows. This article taking the drug distribution of JingYi logistics company of Shanghai as the example, and using the lingo11.0 coding solution, which has verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. The result indicated that rational planning distribution routes of refrigerated drugs with the consideration of carbon emission, which will enable the enterprise to considerate the economic and environmental benefits at the same time, with the result that the total social cost of the enterprise will be reduced more or less.
