The paper illuminated that the characters of this kind of complex systems are dynamical, flexible and can think by making characteristic analysis on thinking principles of construction project decision-making complex system. And description by taking Nanning Bridge decision-making processes as a sample, the paper also expounded the forms and principles of thinking, and analyzed the effectiveness of thinking.
