Dealing with the indefinite rules of the traditional Kano model for quality classification , this paper puts forward a reformed Kano model.Classifying the selected civil aviation service quality elements, predict the quality elements classification of the Kano model basing on the the theory of GM (1, 1) model and Markov chain theory,In the end,through a practical example of the civil aviation service analysis, verifies the applicability of the two models.
