Intellectual property intermediary service has irreplaceable function to promote the development of high-tech industry, regulate market behavior, Improvethe comprehensive competitiveness of science and technology innovation. Yet2 is the world's first open innovation service platform, and now becomes the largest network intellectual service platform of the world.In contrast ,our country's intellectual property market is a lack of services, intermediary service organizations is not perfect, professional talent shortage and other issues.In this paper,we analyze the development of intellectual property rights trading platformand the five operating modes , and then make recommendations for our country.
