Abstract:The industry of fresh food and e-commerce have the potential of trillions of market, though, the market penetration rate so far has been less than 3%,leaving a big imaginary space for us. Meanwhile, commitment of large capital is increasingly pouring into global market and thus must be promoting the rapid development of fresh food line. Although some problems, like supply chain, wastage, preservation and the cold chain, can be solved for the time passed by,it is because the special characteristics of fresh food that the last mile delivery is the largest challenge of developing fresh food and e-commerce industry. This article aims to research by comparing this crowdsourcing logistics pattern of fresh food and e-commerce line with other logistic pattern and address the feasible strategies and measures to deal with the last mile delivery problem of fresh food and e-commerce industry.
