According to China’s 16 listed port companies’ management annuals in 2014,this thesis adopted both factor analysis and SBM Super Efficiency ModelAnalysis, evaluating these companies’ operating efficiency. The relative efficiency was studied by a general DEA model. Firstly,proper input and output variables were obtained from factor analysis. Obtained input and output variables were then substituted into SBM Super Efficiency Model to calculate the efficiency，and the full ranking of all the Decision Making Units (DMU) was realized. It turned out that compared with a general DEA model, this method owned higher accuracy.
