In this thesis, technology cooperation projects " Self-Consolidating Concrete" are collected through the network. With the research object of construction enterprise in the cooperation project, using social network analysis (SNA) and the Ucinet software, thesis mainly contains the network of the whole density, center, etc. It also studies the structure characteristics of the technology innovation network and the general law of evolution of network. Research results show that: from the viewpoint of construction enterprises, the technology innovation network structure belongs to the core - edge structure. The economic globalization leads to more and more market competition, so innovation has become the power of enterprise survival and development in modern economic market. Therefore, this research has certain significance on construction technology innovation ability and the development of the whole construction industry.
