Incubated enterprise is a kind of high-tech start-ups, and technological innovation plays an important role in their development.business network provides a reliable business reources for incubated enterprise. In this paper, we describe the types of business network from three dimensions ，they are the network size, network strength and network heterogeneity. And combining with characteristics of technological innovation, we explore the coupling of different types of bisuness network and technological innovation model, in order to provide several useful practical suggestion for the development of incubated enterprises.
