This paper constructs evaluation index system of the college students’occupation ability from five aspects, the learning and practice ability, science and technology innovation ability, team cooperation ability, interpersonal communication ability and professional competence. This evaluation index system is based on literature researches and experts’questionnaire survey. In this paper, the index weight value is calculated by AHP method. The evaluation results of uncertainty experts’judgment are given by interval data. The evaluation results of four college students’ occupation ability are ranked as an example by the weighted interval data TOPSIS method. And a scientific and effective method of evaluation is provided to support the major construction.
