Scientific project performance appraisal is one important part of establishing and improving the appraisal system of the Government. There is incompleteness of the current domestic scientific project performance appraisal system. This paper proposed several suggestions specifically for Anhui province, which are improving the scientific project appraisal system, groping for an new administrative system for the whole circle of scientific project and strengthening the construction of the scientific project appraisal group by studied the scientific project performance appraisal experiences at Home and Abroad.
