Based on university-industry cooperation，this study establishes risk assessment system by concluding risk factors for technology transfer of university-industry cooperation. It avoids the subjectivity of the previous risk assessment and the difficulty of hard to qualify by using the analytic hierarch process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to do risk assessment for university-industry cooperation, thus improving the feasibility and scientific nature of the evaluation system.
