For the flight test of civil aircraft, there is not much experience in China aviation industry. According to the research of flight test project management, it could be divided into three parts including sortie management subject management and aircraft management. And a closed-circle management theory of “plan-conduct-management-plan” is proposed, which will help to improve the efficient of flight test management and organization capability.
