By studying the relevant factors affecting the safety of airlines operation control, the article builds airlines operation control risk assessment system on the basis of risk management and safety science. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the organizational structure of the system, and the fuzzy expert system with weight value matrix is used to measure the risk factors.
