The level of manufacturing technology study evaluated three types of indicators show that the technical level of Zhejiang and other domestic manufacturing of various departments, is only about one-fifth of the United States and other developed countries. We need to accelerate physical capital, human capital, social capital accumulation, in particular, to speed up the introduction of technology, to enhance the level of technical equipment, revive regional manufacturing and even Chinese manufacturing.
