Put forward some hypothesis of how to lay down the measures of supervising and managing the phaenomenon of treading lawn, based on referencing “Prisoner’s Dilemma Game Model ”to construct game pay-off matrix and checkout the hypothesis. Compare the hypothesis by using Expected Utility Formula, and finally negate them, then obtain relatively optimal strategies , hoping to put forward some useful advices to reduce the frequency of the phaenomenon of treading lawn.
