From internal and external environment of general aviation enterprise, based on the Balanced Scorecard, the paper designed a comprehensive evaluation of the early warning indicators. by factor analysis method to extract the eight major key factors decided enterprise early warning, determined the weighting factors and built enterprise early warning indicators. This indicators explicitly defined internal environment and external factor indicators of general aviation enterprise early warning to be aimed at providing scientific and feasible forecast frame for early warning practice of general aviation enterprise.
