Technology innovation ability as embodiment of the military enterprise core competence is increasingly important in fiercely competitive era, and TRIZ which is regarded as the scientific method relied by technology innovation clarifies that innovation has rules to follow. In this paper, TRIZ theory's origin, content and comparative advantages with traditional innovation methods are introduced. This article studies the application situation and future development trend of TRIZ in military enterprises at home and abroad, and then gives an application case of wing evolution on fighter-bomber F-111. Finally it puts forward the future research can make effort to study the corresponding service platform construction.
