Fuzhou’s Cultural and Creative Industry has achieved rapid development in recent years. In this paper,we use the GEM model which could reflect the industrial competitiveness to empirically analysis the current situation of Fuzhou’s Cultural and Creative.Finally we propose several policies for future development.
