In terms of technology-intensive industry, firstly there is a brief introduction on the situation of exports and imports. Then, empirical analyses related anti-dumping cases during three periods and trade competitiveness of technology-intensive industry. Meanwhile, point out the losses brought to the businesses and governments. Finally, two countermeasures including improving the prior-warming system of industry losses and appropriate use of pricing commitments to close a case are proposed.
