R&D investment is an important part of the R&D input, but also the guarantee of R&D activities. This paper analyzes the Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu R&D outlay, strength and structure, as well as shown by a number of characteristics, discusses the Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu R&D investment scale and strength, the problems existed and the factors of government funding, R&D put forward some policy suggestion.
