Using co-integration test, error correction model, granger causality test and VAR model, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the interactive development of producer service and manufacturing industry in Foshan, and the results show that: there exists long term interact relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industry, but the development of both are not harmonious in this phase. Therefore, should with interactive effect as the guidanc, it gives priority to the development of producer service when manufacturing do better and stronger, to finally realize both good interaction.
