In recent years, China has speeded up to develop the base construction of million kilowatts wind power, but small wind power industry is neglected in the country. Based on a brief overview of small-scale wind power generation and distributed generation, this paper studies the development of Chinese small wind power, in-depth analysis the necessity and practical feasibility for developing small wind power in China, and made some suggestions to promote China's small-scale wind power development.
