Based on the " Diamond Model" of Potter,this article constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system of Qinghai Tibetan medicine industry. By using AHP method to establish fuzzy assessment model based on determing the index weight,it comprehensive evaluates competitiveness level of Qinghai Tibetan medicine industry .According to the evaluation conclusion to determine the main factors which influences of Qinghai Tibetan medicine industry competitiveness level.
