As China's main power supply of power industry, thermal power faces a huge interest adjustment because of energy-saving dispatching. In this paper, study is launched for Sichuan which is one of the experiment provinces of the energy-saving generation dispatching, according to the hydro thermal exchange characteristics of Sichuan, firstly, energy-saving dispatching mode and the economic compensation mechanism of Sichuan are described, and then energy-saving dispatching impact of thermal power enterprise from the grid electricity and price policy change two aspects is analyzed, and finally, energy-saving dispatching coping strategies of thermal power enterprise of Sichuan from the increased income of electricity sales and economic compensation two aspects are proposed.
