Foreign direct investment has played a very important role on the economic development of Fujian Province, Fujian has a unique advantage of "Aboriginal Overseas Taiwan investment environment in attracting foreign direct investment, and also has disadvantage of not perfect invest environment. The paper analyzed the location choice of foreign direct investment in Fujian Province based on the relevant data of the Statistical Yearbook, and brought out the suggestions on how to improve the foreign direct investment environment in Fujian Province, such as perfect and strengthen foreign direct investment industry-oriented, improve the soft investment environment, strengthen regional economic cooperation and the corresponding policy recommendations etc.
