The quality safety behaviors of slaughter and processing enterprise as the core enterprise of high-quality pork supply chain play important roles in improving pork quality safety. This paper puts forward and discusses the conception, signification, content and forms of the good quality safety behavior of core enterprises in high quality pork supply chain. Present situation and major problems of the quality safety behavior of core enterprises in high quality pork supply chain is extracted from the first hand information based on questionnaires. To promote the quality safety behavior, this paper emphasisly gives countermeasures and proposals from three aspects: awareness, capability and environment.
