The system of enterprise technology innovation is an important part of the national innovation system. The efficiency of enterprise technology innovation would affect the construction of innovative nation. Therefore, it is meaningful to evaluate the efficiency of enterprise technology. According to the second national industrial enterprise economic statistics data, the efficiency of industrial enterprise technology innovation of 31 provinces and municipalities in China is calculated by means of DEA. The following conclusions are drawn: with the number of industrial enterprise technology innovation in 2008, the industrial enterprise technology innovation of a majority of provinces and municipalities has lower efficiency and output, and deficiency of R&D talent. This affords the theoretic foundation for the decision-maker to improve the efficiency of industrial enterprise technology innovation.
