This paper focuses on the current market need higher skills, practical high-end IT personnel training, presents a series of educational teaching reform: instance-driven project approach, using a variety of teaching methods of teaching mode of combining work and study. Highlight the "operational" capability, on the traditional education teaching methods have improved, to improve the training of application ability of high-end IT talent and concrete implementation viable and operational characteristics, is worth learning and promotion.
