According to the statistical data of Zhejiang Province from 2002 to 2009, based on a method of gray connection to analyse the connection between the three index of technical investment--R&D funds, technical activity researchers investment and local government science and technology appropriation--and economic growth of Zhejiang. The result shows that all of the three have certain connection to the economical growth, and technical activity researchers investment has a more obvious influence on economic growth.
