Directing at the issues of heavy stock pile and double inventories arising in the distribution process of resources-oriented enterprises, this article analyzes the necessity and basis of applying the management pattern of sharing inventories in resources - oriented enterprises. Based on that, this article sets up the optimization model of sharing inventories and benefits distribution model between resources-oriented enterprises and downstream customers after applying the management pattern of sharing inventories. Lastly, the validity of model is proved by a case.
