Abstract:In today's knowledge economy era, human resource is the important resources in the development of enterprise. The competitiveness of enterprises is the competition of human resources in fact. Middle managerst as the backbone of enterprise development, their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity on how to play, depends largely on the business-to-middle management science fair performance evaluation and appropriate incentives.However, a reasonable performance evaluation system plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. AHP and fuzzy mathematics method combines features of the middle of its own, the establishment of performance evaluation model for middle managers, middle managers to establish performance appraisal system.
