Abstract:It is significance to build the trustful tie between the staff and the superiors. Because it is the key action to enhance the employee's loyalty and solidarity . And it is also a sound method to deal with the current situation of workers' trust vacancy. This thesis began with analyzing the current trust situation between the superiors and the employees.
