Abstract:Recently, more and more corporates use new media technologies to improve their managerial ability. Corporate internal blog is not only the medium for corporates to propaganda their culture, erect their image and strengthen their communication with employees, but also an important platform for employees to participate in service quality management. The article analyzes the connotation of corporate internal blog and its advantages for employees to participate in service quality decision. Finally, the article discusses the construction of corporate internal blog from the view of employees' participation in service quality management.
