Currently, college debt is becoming a noticeable social hot spot problem of the current higher education. In this article, we analyze the causes and risks of college debt by the example of Anhui Province firstly. Then, we propose to take relevant measures and methods actively to resolve the college debt effectively and promote the healthy development of higher education by seizing the rare opportunity of the Country’s resolving debt policy.
