Employment is the basis of people's livelihood. Expanding employment, promoting re-employment is related to the overall situation of China's reform, opening up, people's living standard and the long-term stability of the country. This paper did the empirical analysis regarding the effect of the teritary industry development on the increase of the employment, hoping to provide some evidence for the promoting effect to the employment enhancement of the teritary induatry.
