We should improve and consummate them in the aspects of enhancing independent innovation of information technology, exerting the innovation function and multiple effect of information technology, making use of information technology to promote the construction of harmonious society, creating good environment of the integrated development of informationization and industrialization, strengthening human resources in information technology.
