Real estate trust, as a new financing way, has widely been used in the real estate industry. While meeting the capital requirements of the industry, the various potential risks of the real estate trust can not be neglected. Deep analyses of the often-seen risks in real estate trust programs are made and several types of feasible measures are mentioned in this article, to control the risks and assure the safety of trust programs in the real estate industry.
