Abstract:In recent years, the number of the primary and secondary students which participated in the summer camp traveling growing year by year. Facing the broad market space, Urumqi travel agency has also stepped in summer camp tourism market, which objectively met the market demand, but also made a series of problems. This paper carried on a study to the development of summercamp tourist market in Urumqi from four aspects, such as product development, staff training, network marketing and Post-sale service.
